RTFM IT was founded by an IT professional with over 25 years in the field, doing every IT job there is: answering the help desk phone, crawling under desks, running networks, managing servers, and keeping technology working inside large corporate IT organizations.
Along the way, one habit made the difference: actually reading the manual. The documentation, the release notes, the fine print everyone else skips. Our founder likes to say they've made a whole career out of just reading technical manuals, and the certifications stacked up to prove it.
RTFM exists because small businesses deserve that same depth of care. The companies we serve are too small for an IT department but too important to run on guesswork. So we bring big-company discipline with small-company warmth: one friendly team that picks up the phone, explains things in plain English, and has already read the manual.
